PAYPAL

In the case of using the PayPal payment method, the Customer may pay for the order directly through their verified PayPal account. The company informs that only payments made and coming from verified accounts will be accepted and reserves the right to ship the Products subject to the Customer's order to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account.

Payments for Product orders from unverified PayPal accounts will be cancelled and, consequently, not processed by the company.

PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY IN ITALY)

The company offers the possibility of choosing cash on delivery as a payment method.

There are fixed costs of: €4.90

Payment is made in cash on delivery (the courier does not accept checks and does not give change). The service is available only for Italy. Please check if the chosen shipping location is covered by the service by filling in the shipping data section of your cart.

In the event that the shipment of an order made with cash on delivery is not successful for reasons attributable to the customer, the company reserves the right not to follow up on any other order with the same payment method. The customer who chooses cash on delivery as a payment method must have a postal or bank account for a possible refund in the event of a return.

BANK TRANSFER

In case of payment for the products by bank transfer, the company's bank details will be indicated in the Customer's order confirmation sent by email by the company. The products in the Customer's order will in this case be set aside pending the crediting of the corresponding amounts to the company's current account.

In any case, the Customer will be required to send the company within 4 days of receiving the order confirmation by email - a copy of the bank transfer order made in favor of the latter. In the absence of receipt, within the aforementioned term of 4 days, of a copy of the bank transfer, the company will proceed to cancel the Customer's order.

The shipment of the Customer's order will be carried out once the company has received the actual credit on its current account of the amounts corresponding to the order itself.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Our company guarantees you a completely safe payment. Your bank details are completely encrypted and protected by the security system.

After the order is confirmed, the payment request is transferred in real time to the online payment platform. From there, an authorization request is sent to the credit card circuit. The online payment manager issues an electronic certificate.

This means that your bank details do not circulate in clear on the internet and are not visible to the company at any time, for this reason we ask you for your credit card details for each new order.

In addition, some credit cards, to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code to be entered to confirm the payment. The code is provided by your bank.
