If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following the instructions below. The procedure varies depending on whether you are returning from Italy or abroad.

🇮🇹 Returns from Italy – Free with InPost

Making a return is easy and free!

✅ Conditions

• Returns available within 14 days of delivery
• Unused product, intact , in original packaging

📝 Procedure

2. ✍️ Enter your details (order number, email and telephone)
3. 📧 Receive your prepaid return label by email
4. 📦 Prepare the package and apply the label received
5. 📍 Find the nearest locker or InPost Point:
   👉 inpost.it/trova-un-locker
6. 🚀 Ship:
   • Locker : use the QR code or PIN received
   • InPost Point : Show codes to the merchant

💸 The refund will be made once the product has been received and verified.

🌍 International Returns – Customer pays shipping costs

We accept returns from all foreign countries with some operational differences.
